Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at the Midas franchisee: Assistant Manager supports Store Manager to run the retail location efficiently, enforce policies, schedule technicians, manage outside orders, ensure timely, high-quality work, meet customer expectations, and maintain team safety. Service Manager directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, delivers timely repair and maintenance, communicates with customers about repairs, drives sales initiatives, and ensures customer satisfaction with in-store experience. Candidates should have 2+ years in automotive parts/tire sales or related experience, be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S., and be able to perform physically demanding tasks. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or a relevant combination of education, training and experience
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
