Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure the Midas location operates efficiently, safely and effectively, including enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring timely completion of jobs, and delivering customer satisfaction. Service Manager directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary automotive repairs, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, and strives to meet customer expectations for a high-quality in-store experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales or relevant combination of education, training and experience
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
