Midas - Automotive Assistant & Service Managers

Enforce established policies, procedures, and standards while scheduling mechanics and technicians. Manage outside orders, ensure quality and timely job completion, and maintain team safety. Direct workflow for mechanics, alignment technicians, and tire technicians to stage vehicle repair and maintenance. Assist customers with tire selections, recommend under-car repairs, and communicate directly to assess needs and ensure satisfaction. Drive sales initiatives and meet customer expectations in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the Store Manager at Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee, now part of the Mavis Tire family. Full-time positions in Thorndale, NY, offer a 5-day work week with Sundays and one other weekday off.
