Job Summary
Conduct daily operations by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, and managing outside orders to ensure timely job completion and team safety. Assist customers with tire selections and recommend under-car repair services while directing the workflow of technicians to deliver high-quality maintenance. Drive sales initiatives by communicating directly with customers to assess needs, provide repair information, and ensure complete satisfaction with the in-store experience. Maintain efficient workflows for vehicle repair and maintenance across the service, repair, and tire center.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
- Relevant combination of education, training and experience
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds
