Job Summary
Assistant Manager & Service Manager roles at a Midas franchise within the Mavis Tire family. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to operate the location efficiently and safely, enforcing policies and standards, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring timely completion and quality of repairs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety. Service Manager duties include assisting customers with tire selections, guiding under-car repair services, directing workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians, promoting sales initiatives, and communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction. Requires leadership, teamwork, dependable work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 2+ years automotive parts/tire sales experience preferred; must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. },
