Job Summary
Assistant Manager and Service Manager roles at a Midas franchisee support the store's operations by enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics/technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, meeting customer expectations, and ensuring team safety. Service Managers assist customers with tire selections and necessary under-car repairs, direct workflow of Mechanics and Technicians, drive sales initiatives, communicate with customers, and strive to deliver a high-quality in-store experience. The positions require leadership, customer service, automotive knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
