Job Summary
Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe operation of the Midas service center, enforcing policies and scheduling technicians, managing outside orders, ensuring timely, quality completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety. Service Manager directs workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians, and Tire Technicians; assists customers with tire selections, recommends necessary under-car repairs, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, ensures customer satisfaction, and aims to meet in-store service standards. Requirements include at least 2 years of experience in automotive parts and/or tire sales (or an equivalent combination of education and training), being at least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the U.S.; physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items over 50 pounds; emphasis on dependability, teamwork, and delivering quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience/training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, or a relevant combination of education, training and experience.
