Job Summary
Mid-Weight Shoot Producer leads end-to-end ASOS shoots from pre-production through post-production, coordinating the Stylist, Photographer, models, and retouch team to deliver high-quality, on-brand e-commerce assets. Responsibilities include managing shoot briefs and schedules, ensuring Start-to-Finish timelines and creative benchmarks are met, reviewing final imagery for retouch, lighting, and composition, upholding corporate responsibility and brand values, and mentoring both full-time staff and freelancers. The role requires strong communication, creative direction, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced studio environment.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in Producer / Fashion E-commerce
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organization and time management
- Ability to lead shoot teams and direct a crew
- Knowledge of Capture One
- Understanding of fashion trends and product storytelling
