Job Summary
Design user-centered product experiences for complex digital platforms and mobile apps using Figma, AI prototyping tools, and established design systems. Translate complex requirements into intuitive solutions by applying UX methods and frameworks while collaborating with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams. Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver high-quality work within timelines, ensuring adherence to accessibility and inclusive design principles.
Required Qualifications
- +3 years of experience
- Portfolio demonstrating a clear design process and strong user-centered product experience work
- Proficiency with Figma, AI prototyping tools, and design systems
- Experience designing complex product experiences, such as B2B products, data-heavy platforms, AI-assisted, personalized, or recommendation-based features
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles and established design methodologies
- Ability to apply design methods and frameworks to deliver high-quality work within timelines
- Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Experience designing native mobile app experiences
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Advanced English proficiency
