Job Summary
Lead structural design on mid-size projects (typically $5M–$50M construction value), direct small teams (2–6 engineers/technicians), independently perform and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports; develop cost estimates and technical specifications; mentor Engineer I–III staff; perform advanced seismic analysis and retrofit design (ASCE 41, performance-based approaches); conduct condition assessments and feasibility studies; oversee construction administration and coordination; represent the structural discipline in client meetings and interdisciplinary reviews while maintaining schedule and budget in Denver on a hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited program
- 6+ years of relevant structural engineering experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Valid driver’s license and ability to conduct field/site visits
