Job Summary
Mid to senior Construction Scheduler at MGAC within the Critical Environments team, focusing on leading independently managed project schedules using P6 for data centers and hospitals. Responsibilities include guiding schedule development, risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery; mentoring teams; ensuring client satisfaction and coordinating with owners, A&E professionals, contractors, and vendors. Requires 2+ years of P6 scheduling experience and 2+ years of scheduling experience on critical environment projects; Bachelor’s or equivalent in a construction-related discipline. Onsite approximately 3-4 days per week in Lancaster, OH.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling
- Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline
- A minimum of 2+ years of P6 scheduling experience
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling of critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals, etc.)
- Experience in ground-up, vertical construction scheduling
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
