Job Summary
Project Manager – Critical Environments (MGAC): lead owner’s representative role for data center and hospital construction projects, independently managing full project scope, mentoring teams, and guiding schedule, scope, and budget. Responsibilities include risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery; ensure invoicing and identify add-services opportunities; collaborate with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors, and cross-functional teams to maintain client vision. Requires 3+ years in construction project management, experience with data centers/hospitals, MEP in ground-up construction, and a construction-related degree or equivalent experience. This role supports hybrid work with approximately 2-3 days onsite in Vancouver, Canada.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management
- 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals)
- MEP experience in ground-up construction
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
