Job Summary
Mid/Sr. Fullstack Software Engineer to independently deliver high-quality, full-stack features across frontend/backend, APIs, data models, and integrations. Role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, project breakdown, clear estimation and risk communication, high-quality code with tests, observability and performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Design, and QA. Requires production experience across both frontend and backend systems, distributed systems experience, and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup/B2B SaaS environment. Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in full-stack software development (mid-senior level)
- Proven experience delivering production-grade software on both frontend and backend
- Proficiency with Python and Django; frontend with React, Next.js, and TypeScript
- Experience with databases, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to design, implement, test, and maintain features end-to-end
- Strong collaboration with Product, Design, QA; mentoring of early-career engineers
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a startup/B2B SaaS environment
