Job Summary
Drive business results within your defined geographical region through direct sales, dealer service coordination, and distributor management. Research the market to maintain accurate contact databases, convert opportunities into new business, and execute product demonstrations. Prepare and present sales proposals, liaise with engineering for technical questions, and manage warranty work while conducting new product training. Develop marketing strategies, lead follow-up efforts at regional trade shows, and participate in business planning. Travel 60% to 80% of the time to meet customers, provide weekly activity reports, and build senior-level relationships. Achieve proficiency in manufacturing terminology and utilize MRP to manage prospecting and closing sales.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' experience
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- OR have any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance
- Travel required is 60% to 80% of time
- Light service work may be performed by the Territory Manager

- Gain a working knowledge of MRP to assist in managing, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities
- Have knowledge of machinery, equipment, material, bill of materials, etc
- Achieve and maintain proficiency in manufacturing and engineering terminology
- Utilize strong active listening skills
- Multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Read and interpret documents; write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of customers and Integral dx employees
- Use Microsoft Office - outlook, excel, word, PowerPoint, Microsoft project
- Be technologically advanced on smart devices
