Job Summary
Mid-Shift Surface Maintenance Leadman responsible for inspecting, repairing and installing equipment for underground and surface mining operations. Works in a team environment, supervises or coordinates activities of team members, trains workers in operation of equipment and safety procedures, and operates heavy mobile equipment. Maintains safety compliance, completes daily production, safety and maintenance reports, and promotes safety programs and the Guardian Angel culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years related experience
- Valid US driver's license
- Production equipment operation
- Troubleshooting
- OSHA and MSHA regulations
- Time management
- Problem solving skills

- Communication and leadership skills
