Job Summary
Lead the surface and underground maintenance team in a mid-shift role at an underground mine in Randolph, MO. Responsible for inspecting, repairing and installing equipment, supervising and coordinating team activities, conducting safety and housekeeping inspections, generating daily production, safety and maintenance reports, and ensuring adherence to OSHA and MSHA regulations. Requires supervising, training workers in equipment operation and safety procedures, and strong communication and leadership skills to promote a safety-focused, team-oriented operation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years related experience
- Valid US driver's license
- Production equipment operation
- Troubleshooting
