Surface Mid-Shift Maintenance Lead responsible for inspecting, repairing and installing equipment for underground and surface mining operations; lead and supervise team members; operate heavy mobile equipment; train workers in operation of equipment and safety procedures; ensure adherence to safety rules and procedures; complete daily production, safety and maintenance reports; collaborate effectively across operations and promote safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years related experience
- Valid US driver's license
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Production equipment operation, Troubleshooting, OSHA and MSHA regulations, Time management, Problem solving skills, Detail oriented, Communication and leadership skills
