Mid Shift Assistant Production Supervisor B1

Provide visible leadership and guidance to all production staff to foster continuous improvements and best practices. Maintain continuous engagement with employees, work with the Production Supervisor to establish standard works, and ensure production schedules are met at expected rates. Adjust, troubleshoot, and maintain lines while coordinating maintenance within the shift. Assist in information transfer between shifts and act as a relief Supervisor covering vacations or absences. Train employees on work instructions and enforce policies and procedures. This role supports Kenny's Candy and Confections, a 3rd generation family-owned manufacturer of human and pet food products.
