Job Summary
Mid-Senior Systems Engineer to provide Systems Engineering leadership for a team delivering Sensor to Shooter software for US Government programs. Responsibilities include planning with customers and development teams, requirements analysis, troubleshooting software issues, developing mission use cases and test cases, scripting for troubleshooting, maintaining CDRLs, delivering presentations and program documentation, and collaborating across teams to identify risks and opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or CS, active Top Secret clearance with SSBI and SCI eligibility, 10+ years of systems engineering experience for government software programs, strong leadership and communication, and Agile experience. Preferred: experience with JIRA/Confluence, diverse customer interaction across DoD/IC, and strategic planning.
