Job Summary
Mid-Senior Software Developer to join Trading team in the Savings & Investments Tribe. Build and maintain applications; work closely with business developers (analysts) to ensure smooth delivery and quality; investigate and resolve issues quickly and effectively; create and maintain technical documentation; work in a highly autonomous team—owning scope, planning, and delivery. Requires 3+ years Java (Spring Boot) and 3+ years TypeScript (Angular); strong knowledge of databases and storage; experience with build/deploy tools; familiarity with testing practices; modern tech stack; fluent English. Hybrid setup – at least 3 days/week in the office in Vilnius; comprehensive benefits and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Java (Spring Boot)
- 3+ years of experience with TypeScript (Angular)
- Strong knowledge of databases and storage (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis, S3, Hibernate)
- Experience with build and deployment tools (Maven, Docker, OpenShift, Argo CD, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with testing practices (e.g., JUnit, Playwright)
- Solid understanding of modern tech stack (REST API, JSON/XML, Tomcat, Logback, Ehcache)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks independently
- Fluent English
