Job Summary
Lead the robotics architecture and own the end-to-end robotics stack to enable autonomous, multi-robot fleet operations in dynamic, unstructured outdoor environments. Collaborate closely with the computer vision/AI team and founder/CEO. The role involves in-office collaboration five days a week plus field deployment as part of the work. Requires deep ROS expertise, a strong control engineering background, and a degree in robotics/mechatronics/electrical/electronic engineering, with a proven track record shipping autonomous systems into production.
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in ROS (Robot Operating System)
- Strong control engineering background
- Degree in robotics, mechatronics, electrical or electronic engineering
- Proven track record shipping autonomous systems into production
- Comfortable owning a complex robotics stack end-to-end with limited supervision
- Experience deploying robots reliably in unstructured outdoor environments
- Exposure to drone autonomy, aerial robotics, or adjacent deep tech is a bonus
