Job Summary
In this Mid-Senior Litigation Associate role, you will command written discovery, take and defend depositions independently, draft, argue, and defend motions, appear in court prepared to advocate, and manage cases from initial pleadings through resolution or trial while supervising junior attorneys and maintaining meaningful client contact and growth opportunities. The position emphasizes substantial client interaction, billable hours, and a collaborative environment with partners. Hybrid flexibility is offered.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- At least 5 years of civil or probate litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience managing cases and deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
