Job Summary
Mid-Senior Trademark Attorney needed for a fully remote role to manage domestic and international trademark portfolios, perform clearance searches and risk assessments, prosecute trademark applications before the USPTO, handle TTAB proceedings (drafting motions, oppositions, and cancellations), supervise paralegal work, collaborate with a fully remote team, advise clients on brand protection strategies, and grow a portable book of business with potential leadership opportunities, all within a women-led firm that emphasizes collaboration, work-life balance, and KPI-driven bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. and admission in good standing to at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trademark law, including prosecution, clearance, and enforcement
- Prior big law trademark department experience highly preferred
- USPTO and TTAB experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
