Job Summary
Join Webshare as a Mid-Senior Account Manager in our fast-growing tech startup and become a vital part of our newly developing Account Management team. You will manage B2B customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, identify long-term account objectives, and achieve revenue-oriented targets through upsell and cross-sell opportunities. You should possess strong analytical skills, the ability to build relationships, and excellent communication abilities, all while handling client issues through effective coordination with internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in leading customer engagements
- Ability to deliver positive results for customers
- Analytical skills and ability to identify account expansion opportunities
- Relationships management and problem-solving skills
- Negotiation & Objection handling skills
- Excellence in written and verbal English communication skills
