Job Summary
Provide near real-time risk assessment and mitigation support for a Federal Government client. Collect and analyze data to validate people, assets, utilities, infrastructure, and information environments related to JTF-SREC priorities; assess global risks and threats; perform risk assessments for proposed intelligence operations, new technologies, or partnerships; analyze foreign intelligence entity threats and targeting patterns; conduct vulnerability analyses of internal processes and systems; interview personnel involved in security incidents; design and recommend countermeasures to reduce risks; create and deliver tailored security, counterintelligence, and OPSEC briefings; collaborate with legal, policy, and technical experts to ensure feasibility and compliance; monitor adherence to security policies and track remediation of vulnerabilities. Serves as the primary security and risk advisor to leaders and managers of operational, technical, or analytic teams; prepares formal risk assessments and briefs for senior decision-makers; liaises with IC agencies to share threat information. Location: HQ USSOCOM, MacDill AFB, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of military experience in the intelligence career field
