Job Summary
Provide support to the Program Management Office overseeing the Tech SIGINT Revitalization effort by defining requirements, managing documentation, and coordinating integration support. Oversee development contractors while communicating effectively with government leads and other stakeholders. This role requires a Project Lead capability to manage the development lifecycle, with a focus on SIGINT systems engineering and requirements management. The position is based at the National Business Park in Fort Meade, MD.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with FS Poly
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, systems engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 15 years of systems engineering experience
- Master's or PhD degree in a qualifying discipline (substitutable for two years of experience)
- High school diploma or GED plus 19 years of systems engineering experience
- Experience with SIGINT
- Ability to perform as Project Lead
- Ability to develop and maintain requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with Government leads and other contractors
