Job Summary
In this role, support customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. Perform operational tasks while minimizing risks under established policies. Manage routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks with knowledge of bank procedures and products, collaborating with partners across the organization. Assist the Branch manager in operational tasks and scheduling. Resolve issues related to daily teller line operations under the direction of regional management. Provide excellent service to customers and employees by building relationships, handling requested transactions, and identifying financial needs. Motivate a diverse team to achieve business objectives and maintain a compliant, customer-focused environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of: work experience, training, military experience, education
