Job Summary
Conduct daily and weekly cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing activities at Kilwins Quality Confections based on the production schedule. Mix chemicals per manufacturer specifications, verify strength with test strips, and organize storage to prevent food contamination. Monitor industrial and food safety compliance, including lockout practices and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures. Inspect tools, utensils, and plant equipment for defects or leaks, reporting issues immediately to the Production Supervisor. Maintain a clean work area, participate in end-of-shift cleaning, and ensure tour readiness at all times. Perform duties during the mid-shift with starting pay of $18.50/hour plus a $1.50/hour shift premium.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in commercial/industrial cleaning and/or material handling
- Working knowledge of candy making equipment, cleaning equipment/supplies and inventory/warehousing equipment
- Knowledge of Kilwins manufacturing operations
