Job Summary
Provide subject matter experience to the Air Force Service Cryptologic Component in developing, formulating, and coordinating cryptologic Intelligence Oversight and compliance policy for the U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, and national mission partners. Assist Cryptologic Policy and Compliance Program Managers in overseeing oversight of sensitive database access and reviewing mission authorization documentation to ensure operations meet Federal, Intelligence Community, and DoD directives. Represent the component in meetings with national mission partners and operational organizations to coordinate USAF cryptologic interests while preparing high-level briefings and policy papers. Design and apply decision analytics, mathematical techniques, and data mining to address operational challenges and facilitate senior leadership decisions using multi-source data. Collaborate with other Intelligence Community members on information sharing, driving collection, and resolving analytic disputes while leading teams in researching multifaceted problems.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- 6+ years experience with Air Force cryptologic Intelligence Oversight (IO) and/or cryptologic policy
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of prior relevant experience
- Associates degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience, for a total of 10 years
Desired Qualifications
- At least 10 years experience working with the national intelligence community
- Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
