Job Summary
Develop cryptologic Intelligence Oversight (IO) and compliance policy, guidance, and implementation for the U.S. Air Force, Department of Defense, and national mission partners. Assist policy program managers in overseeing oversight of sensitive database access and reviewing mission authorization documentation to ensure operations meet Federal, Intelligence Community, and DoD directives. Represent the Air Force Service Cryptologic Component in meetings with national mission partners and operational organizations to coordinate USAF cryptologic interests. Prepare high-level briefings, policy papers, and compilation tasks concerning complex matters using multi-source data and inter-disciplinary analytic techniques. Lead teams in researching multifaceted problems and provide guidance on selecting and applying analytic methodologies to address operational and planning challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
- 6+ years' experience with Air Force cryptologic Intelligence Oversight (IO) and/or cryptologic policy
- Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of prior relevant experience
- Associates Degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience
- At least 6 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- Associate's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 4 years of related experience
Desired Qualifications
- At least 10 years' experience working with the national intelligence community
- Experience supporting the ACC ISR enterprise
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
