Job Summary
Perform scrub and circulating functions in the operative setting, managing instruments, monitoring patient conditions, and assisting physicians with tasks like hemostasis and suturing. Prepare operating rooms and equipment while applying evidence-based practice to meet patient-specific clinical needs. Maintain constant alertness and adhere to professional nursing standards and the ANA Code of Ethics. Requires Missouri RN licensure and BLS certification. Day shift, 40 hours weekly. Preferred one year of surgery, emergency, or ICU experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) - American Heart Association (AHA)
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Missouri Division of Professional Registration
- Registered Nurse (RN) Issued by Compact State
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred one year of Surgery, Emergency, or ICU experience for this role
