Job Summary
Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market for the AAHOA segment owning a defined portfolio of hotel groups and properties (150+ rooms), driving outbound pipeline, building consensus across multiple stakeholders, and closing high-impact, multi-property SaaS deals. Responsible for strategy development, pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and land-and-expand motions; targets include 3–4 deals per month with €3-5k+ MRR per deal, while engaging 4–8 decision-makers. Requires hospitality technology experience or selling to independent/franchise hotels, fluency in Gujarati and English, data-driven decision making, stakeholder leadership, and a proactive, adaptable approach in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality technology or selling to independent/franchise hotel owners
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS full-cycle sales in a net-new business environment
- Proven ability to navigate 4–8 stakeholders per deal and close complex multi-property contracts
- Fluent in English and Gujarati
- Strong pipeline analytics: forecasting, conversion funnels, segmentation, data-driven storytelling
- Outbound hunting with 70% activity in prospecting and cadence design
- Ability to operate in a fast-growth SaaS environment and adapt to ambiguity
