Mid-Market Sales Manager - LATAM (f/m/d)

Job Summary
Manage and develop the sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals to secure high-revenue merchants across the LATAM region. Own the full sales cycle from initial engagement through RFI/RFP responses, negotiations, and contract closure while maintaining Salesforce data accuracy. Represent the company at industry events to network with potential clients and generate new business opportunities. Collaborate with Finance, Integrations, and Account Development teams to ensure seamless transitions from contract signing to full launch. Conduct thorough market research on target brands to tailor approaches and maximize success. Achieve performance KPIs and sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Over 3 years of experience in commercial roles
- focusing on new business development in SaaS sales, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, B2B marketplaces or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- strong ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
