Job Summary
Mid-Market Sales Executive at GRUBBRR responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities with restaurant brands typically ranging from 10 to 200 locations. Core duties include prospecting, building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities, identifying and engaging decision-makers, conducting discovery meetings, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and positioning GRUBBRR solutions around measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, labor optimization, guest experience improvements, and operational efficiency. You will develop proposals and business cases, manage opportunities through to signed agreements, and maintain accurate forecasting and CRM records. You will build lasting customer relationships, represent GRUBBRR at industry events, and view each engagement as the start of a partnership. Preferred experience includes restaurant technology, POS, online ordering, kiosks, payments, loyalty, and hospitality solutions, with the ability to travel up to 25% and to be located at the Boca Raton HQ. The role emphasizes sales fundamentals, outbound outreach, demonstrations, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
- Proven success prospecting and acquiring new customers
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel up to 25% including regular visits to the GRUBBRR HQ in Boca Raton, Florida
