Job Summary
As a Mid-Market Customer Growth Executive, you will own a portfolio of mid-market clients, driving their satisfaction, growth, and long-term retention. This role involves acting as a strategic partner to clients, managing escalations, driving product and service adoption, and analyzing client traffic and revenue performance. You will need to exceed KPIs, forecast trends, and coordinate across internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Strong analytical skills and a track record in client-facing commercial roles are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, customer growth, or a commercial client-facing role, ideally within a tech, CPaaS, SaaS, or telecom environment
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed commercial KPIs such as revenue retention, gross profit, and cross-sell targets
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships and coordinate across internal teams in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven and commercially minded, with a bias for action and ownership over outcomes
- Advanced in English, both spoken and written
