Job Summary
Mid-Market Account Manager at EZRA in London (Hybrid - 3 days in office). You’ll manage a global portfolio of mid-market accounts, drive sales from qualification through contracting, identify target personas, articulate EZRA’s value, set strategies, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and oversee renewals and expansion opportunities. You’ll partner with internal teams, lead onboarding from contract close to launch, and serve as the primary contact for client partners. The role emphasizes building strategic relationships, achieving sales OKRs, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred background includes enterprise sales, exposure to HR consulting, leadership development, or L&D, with strong communication and CRM capabilities. This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom with regional benefits and a collaborative, inclusive culture.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise sales or customer success
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Prospecting, responding to inbound requests, and delivering demos
- Experience in HR consulting, leadership development, or L&D is highly desirable
- Strong networking and communication skills
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
