Mid Market Account Executive

Job Summary
Mid Market Account Executive to own the full sales cycle targeting multi-location auto repair groups and independent shops. Drive prospecting, discovery, negotiation, and close while navigating 8–10 stakeholder maps. Develop and articulate Tekmetric's value proposition to shop owners and operators, surface business objectives, and share data-driven insights with Product and Operations. Build and manage a pipeline with proactive outbound activity, enable customer success, and collaborate on onboarding and handoffs. Travel up to 50%, build reputation in the auto repair community, and represent Tekmetric at local and national roadshows. Requires experience in B2B SaaS sales, CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a remote/hybrid model with occasional travel for in-person collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience in a mid-market or full-cycle closing role
- Auto service industry knowledge strongly preferred
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
