Job Summary
Mid-Market Account Executive responsible for expanding and renewing current customer accounts as well as net-new accounts. Own deals end-to-end, collaborate with marketing, product, solutions engineering, and leadership to close key logos and drive revenue. Provide forecasting and revenue delivery, demonstrate outbound to net-new customers, and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Includes participation in video-recorded customer meetings for training and quality improvement. Remote-first with some in-office collaboration; Denver, CO area hybrid work 2-3 days/week. Requires 3+ years of closing experience, PLG exposure, and experience selling to senior technical leaders; proficiency with Gong/Salesforce and cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of closing experience in an AE or AM role
- Experience selling developer and/or technical products, especially in a PLG motion
- Comfortable selling to senior leaders (CTO, CISO, VP of engineering, head of IT)
- Experience using Gong, Salesforce, or similar to manage pipeline
- Experience partnering with Sales Engineering, support, and customer success teams
- Willing to come into our downtown Denver office 2-3 days per week #LI-Hybrid
