Job Summary

Mid-Market Account Executive focusing on growing Horizon3.ai's cybersecurity technology customer base in Singapore. Drive new account acquisition, build strong customer relationships, ensure retention, and manage the full sales cycle from qualification to deal closure. Develop and monetize Channel Partner relationships with pre-existing regional reseller connections. Demonstrate Horizon3.ai solutions in both virtual and in-person settings, manage the sales process, forecast accurately, and navigate negotiations to close deals. Maintain CRM integrity and pipeline health in Salesforce, leverage Challenger-based selling, and collaborate with distributed sales, support, and success teams. Travel up to 40% of the time to cover assigned territory. Requires 2-4 years of cybersecurity sales experience with a proven quota-record, plus 3-5 years in sales overall; university degree or equivalent work experience is required. Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Slack is preferred. The role emphasizes new account growth, customer relationships, channel partnerships, post-sale value realization, and driving ROI for clients through Horizon3.ai solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: university degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of successful sales experience in cybersecurity technology
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience in establishing and monetising Channel Partner relationships with existing regional connections
  • Proficiency in managing all aspects of the sales process (qualification, proof of value, forecasting, negotiation, deal closure)
  • Post-sales management experience including ROI processes
  • CRM and pipeline management experience (Salesforce/SFDC)
  • Ability to present and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions in virtual and in-person meetings
  • Independent work style with ability to collaborate with distributed teams
  • Familiarity with Challenger-based selling methodologies
  • Experience with sales tools (Salesforce/CRM, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Slack)
  • Education: university degree or equivalent work experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of time
  • Domain experience in INFOSEC or SaaS
