Job Summary
Mid-Market Account Executive for Vonage API/CPaaS in the US remote role. Responsible for driving full sales cycles from pipeline generation to close, engaging with mid-market digital/cloud software companies, and expanding adoption of Vonage’s communication APIs. Will lead with a value-based sales approach, coordinate cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Legal, Engineering, Security, Marketing, Customer Success), and provide forecasts and revenue visibility. Requires a proven track record in mid-market technology sales, prospecting, building executive-level relationships, and collaboration with Pre-Sales; travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Mid-Market technology sales, SaaS, Cloud, or API based communications, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, identifying new customers through cold calling, lead generation and networking.
- Strong relationship-building skills with executives across business, marketing, and technology teams.
- Experience collaborating effectively with PreSales Consultants.
- A proactive attitude, creativity, curiosity, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across the business.
