Job Summary

Mid-Market Account Executive to win Mid-Market (100-1k employees) enterprise software deals across EMEA by managing the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to closed-won. Focus on new logo acquisition with the ability to source a significant portion of your own pipeline, handle complex platform technologies, and engage prospects across multiple regions in EMEA. Candidates should excel at product demos, competitive selling, and guiding prospects through the evaluation and buying process, while collaborating in a team-selling environment. Travel of at least 25% of the time for customer engagements and events is required. Strong emphasis on proactive discovery, customization of solutions to business problems, and maintaining real-time CRM updates. Bonus points for experience selling to Talent/HR personas and prior SDR exposure. The role offers a structured interview process and a comprehensive benefits package including a yearly education budget, generous PTO, and long-term stock options.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle closing experience
