Job Summary
Maintenance Technician responsible for work orders, basic plumbing/electrical/HVAC troubleshooting, painting and general upkeep on Cincinnati-area properties; manage work orders via iPhone app, ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards, assist with inventory, and coordinate with residents, vendors, and property management; on-call rotation one week per month and on-site Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 1+ year of experience in make-ready, property maintenance, or a similar role
- Comfort with hand tools and moderate-to-heavy physical demands (lift 50–100+ lbs, climb ladders, stand ~90% of the workday)
