Job Summary
Plans, schedules, and executes engineering tasks across a range of project sizes while managing project budgets, timelines, contract requirements, and quality standards. Develops engineering designs, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates for water-related projects, preparing technical documentation and performing data analysis to support projects through construction phases. Oversees and coordinates the efforts of staff engineers, technicians, and drafters on assigned tasks. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering with 6 to 12 years of experience and PE registration. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental Engineering
- Registration as a Professional Engineer
- 6 to 12 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering (WTP/WWTP)
- Proven experience managing the design and construction phases of water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects of varying sizes, with full accountability for budget, schedule, contract compliance, and quality standards.
- Ability to deliver high quality services within budget and schedule constraints
