Job Summary
Design clean, modern interfaces for real-time operator dashboards across desktop, tablet, and mobile (web + native). Lead design on mission-critical interfaces that fuse sensor data, real-time AI insights, and geospatial intelligence into usable operator workflows. Translate complex multi-modal data (3D visualization, geospatial intelligence, real-time analytics) into intuitive flows; move from wireframes to polished, developer-ready assets; conduct user research and industry-standard UX exploration; create end-to-end user journeys, personas, and scalable design systems; collaborate with frontend developers, AI engineers, and robotics teams; prototype rapidly using tools like Figma (preferred) or Adobe XD; support 2D/3D visualization with Three.js, WebGL, or Unity UI Toolkit; ensure design-dev feasibility and alignment with technical constraints; utilize handoff tools like Storybook or Zeplin; maintain unified design language across products.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years hands-on UI/UX design for digital products (preferably B2B or technical platforms)
- Experience designing dashboards, analytics platforms, or control interfaces
- Prior experience designing for geospatial tools, AI-powered apps, or sensor-based platforms
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Ability to move from wireframes to polished, developer-ready assets
- Ability to conduct user interviews, field research, and competitive studies
- Collaboration with frontend developers, AI engineers, and robotics teams
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma (preferred) or Adobe XD
- Experience with handoff tools like Storybook (preferred) or Zeplin
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and React structure
- Rapid prototyping and iterative design based on feedback
