Job Summary
Mid-Level to Senior Litigation Associate to join General Liability team handling defense for landlords, managing agents, and various commercial clients. Responsibilities include developing litigation strategy, drafting pleadings and discovery, representing clients in court, participating in depositions, conferences, and hearings, interacting with medical experts, conducting legal and medical research, drafting motions, and coordinating with teams and clients. Must be admitted to practice in New York with 3+ years of experience; strong writing, research, and client-facing skills are emphasized. Hybrid office/remote arrangement across Valhalla, NY; New York City, NY; Garden City, NY; and Parsippany, NJ. Salary range $120,000 - $175,000 with discretionary bonus potential; comprehensive benefits and total rewards package offered.
Required Qualifications
- Admission to practice in New York
- 3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation or comparable experience
- Familiarity with New York Labor Law a plus
