Job Summary
Design and execute comprehensive test plans, including manual and automated functional, regression, UAT, API, and accessibility testing. Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps while collaborating with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Contribute to continuous improvement by refining QA processes, maintaining thorough documentation of test artifacts, and delivering actionable feedback on test outcomes. Prioritize testing activities to balance quality assurance with project timelines and deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- TS/SCI with MD polygraph
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Bruno, Cypress, or similar
- Exposure to API testing and related tools
- Comfortable working in a Linux environment or possess a foundational understanding of Linux
- Quick learner with a proactive, adaptable mindset
- Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional testing, API testing, accessibility (508), and role-based testing
- Strong documentation skills: manual test cases, test procedures, requirements verification traceability matrices (RVTM), and test plans
- Proficient in GitLab workflow processes
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration
- 5 years software engineering experience
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to computer engineering or computer science disciplines. 4 years of Software Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 9 years.

- Analyze test outcomes, report findings, and deliver actionable feedback to developers and stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with team members throughout the software development lifecycle
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of test automation frameworks, increasing coverage for critical workflows
- Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning/review sessions
- Help define and refine QA processes, standards, and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Prioritize testing activities to balance quality assurance with project timelines and deliverables
- Maintain thorough documentation of test artifacts, results, and quality metrics
