Job Summary

Prioritize and track work using Agile frameworks and tools to organize system integration and configuration tasks. Install, operate, secure, and maintain the F-22 Program IT infrastructure, including Active Directory domains, VMware virtual environments, and multi-platform hardware. Provide comprehensive end-to-end computing support in closed networks, administering user access, troubleshooting problems, and managing patching and vulnerability remediation. Monitor system performance for capacity planning, backup, and disaster recovery while ensuring compliance with Joint Special Access Program and Risk Management Framework security standards.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing secure Active Directory Domain Services (ADDS) solutions
  • 3+ years of experience in VMWare Virtualization
  • 3+ years of experience leading or performing the activities of complex IT programs
  • 3+ years of experience administering user system access and establishing safeguards to protect information to meet network security requirements
  • 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering current Windows Server 2022 - 2025 and Desktop Operating Systems - Windows 11
  • Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee status
  • Must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
  • Subject to drug testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
  • Must be a 'U.S. Person' as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62
  • Must be available for Shift 1 (United States of America)

Desired Qualifications

  • Active CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Experience working on classified networks
  • Experience with NetApp or other SAN technologies
  • Experience configuring / managing McAfee Epo and Splunk Indexers/Forwarders
  • Experience supporting desktops, servers, storage or network hardware and software component, system backups, and patching
  • Experience with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies
  • Experience with hands-on support with IT Hardware such as setting up, configuring, modifying and troubleshooting switches, routers, network equipment, high performance computing equipment, server racks
  • Experience with MS Windows server (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) administration on physical and Virtual Machine Ware (VMWare) virtual servers
  • Experience with Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
  • Experience with active directory (AD) to include applying domain group policies
  • Experience installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and administering support for Unix/Linux (Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)/Oracle) server/workstation
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure or Cloud environments
