Job Summary
Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices. Manage daily configuration and operation activities while assisting users in accessing and utilizing IT systems. Maintain DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical Level II or higher. Requires ten years of software engineering experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Salary range is $127,900–$180,000. Required Qualifications
- current Poly clearance
- Ten (10)+ years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Four (4)+ years of additional software engineering experience on projects with similar software processes (may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree)
- DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT), Level II or higher
