Job Summary
Develop new capabilities for front-end data processing and modernize existing services within the Cybersecurity Infrastructure TTO. Support malware analysis modernization by developing metadata storage techniques for national security defense. Collaborate on exploring new technologies, prototyping mission tools, and creating algorithms to address mission-related problems. Work with enterprise services like NiFi, cloud providers AWS and Azure, and containerization tools including Kubernetes. Telework available as tasking permits. Pay range $170,400 - $200,300.
Required Qualifications
- current or active security clearance with a poly
- Fourteen (14) + years of experience as a software engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- 4 years additional Software Engineer experience on projects with similar software processes (substitutable for bachelor's degree)
- Strong understanding of enterprise services such as NiFi
- Knowledge of Cloud Service provider offerings, specifically AWS and Azure
- Strong knowledge of data flow processing and data transformation
- Working knowledge with Python, Java, Groovy, and Bash scripting
- Working knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Bicep
- Proficiency in Kubernetes containerization, orchestration, and scaling
- Strong skills in service integration
