MID LEVEL / SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Supervise and guide Direct Care Staff during assigned shifts, assigning responsibilities and adjusting schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and quality care. Mentor staff, maintain personnel records, and ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the residence. Help ensure high-quality care and therapeutic interactions while encouraging independence in daily living activities, recreation, and community involvement. Conduct fire drills and evacuation procedures to support a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence.
